The dashboard became clearer when tasks, reminders, and urgency were organized around what the user should do next. Features stopped competing for attention and began supporting one flow.
Integrations need graceful failure
Calendar, email, storage, and AI services fail in different ways. Clear loading, empty, permission, and retry states matter as much as the successful response.
